The sooner you start, the lower your start fee — more runway means a better result and a better price. The start and per-booking fees cover the work of filling your seats; the success fee only applies if your retreat actually runs. We only ever earn on bookings we bring you above what you already had. You cover your own domain, email, and any ad spend ($250 a week minimum if you run ads), all in your name. Nothing under the table.
